ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy is a systematic and evidence-based approach to understanding and changing behavior. It is widely used to support individuals with various behavioral challenges, including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and other conditions. ABA therapy is based on the principles of behaviorism and focuses on observable behaviors and the environmental factors that influence them.
Parental Interview / Intake
Parent / Guardian interview crucial step in our admission procedure. We require an in-person interview and may require a brief assessment of the child. The interview is set to discuss the specific needs and goals for your child, this allows us to better understand your expectations and to ensure that our program aligns with your child's requirements.
Moreover, it provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about our approach, methodologies, and the overall experience your child will have at Peak.
We are committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment, and this interview is a crucial part of our selection process.
Initial Consultation & Needs Assessment
The primary goal of the initial consultation is to gather information, assess the individual's needs, and determine whether our therapy programs are a suitable and beneficial intervention.
ABA Therapy (Dyad)
Students will be paired and work together with a therapist on similar goals . Student pairs will be matched on skillset. Enrolment in this program is subject to availability. Student pairs will share their goals and work together to benefit clients.
